Big Batch Pancakes
Stir dry ingredients in bowl:
4 cups flour (I usually use half wheat and half white unbleached)
4 T sugar
2T + 2t baking powder
1 t salt
Blend together, then add to the dry ingredients:
4 eggs
4 1/2 - 5 1/2 c of milk (depending on how thick or thin you like your pancakes)
1/2 c melted butter
Mix with whisk to remove big lumps, then cook on 350' griddle.
